| 4 | General Council Meeting | Providing ICT support for preparation of Annual Plan, presentations, etc. and hardware support for the the General Council Meeting. |
| 5 | Training | Impartment of Computer Training to the officials/officers of the District Administration. |
| 6 | PMGSY | ICT support to District Programme Implementation Unit, PMGSY Kargil for data entry and updation. |
| 7 | Community Information Centres | Monitoring proper functioning of Community Information Centres in the district. There are 7 CICs in the District. |
| 8 | IT support / consultancy | ICT support / consultancy to the District Administration, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil and other line departments |
| 9 | Electoral Roll | Providing ICT, hardware and software support to the District Administration in computerization of Electoral Roll in Urdu and summary revisions. |
| 10 | Common Integrated Police Application (CIPA) | Technical assistance to the District Police Office for proper functioning of the CIPA project. |
| 11 | GP Fund | Providing technical support to the District Fund Office, Kargil on various technical issues in proper functioning of GPF computerization. |
| 12 | IDSP | Providing technical support to the District Surveillance Unit/CMO Kargil for implementation and functioning of IDSP project in the district. |
